I always think of Norton Juster's Phantom Tollbooth when I see picture-- specifically, the scene where Milo watches the great musician bring in the dawn and the colors, and then subsequently tries to lead the orchestra later to disastrous results due to inexperience and lack of ability. My first watercolor, and still one of my favorite pictures.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
